Nothing makes us happier than providing the best dental care available in the Hudson Valley region! Here are examples of some of the beautiful smiles we have created for our satisfied patients.

Sarah had some recession, spacing and discoloration. We repaired her problems with eight porcelain veneers. At Hudson Valley Dental Arts, we have done thousands of porcelain veneers. This procedure can correct somewhat misaligned, broken, discolored or misshapen teeth. Patients can see dynamic results in as few as two visits to our state-of-the-art facility.

Kathy’s teeth had severe tetracycline staining. This discoloration was caused by antibiotic therapy during tooth development. We repaired her problem with eight veneers.
There are many different applications for veneers. It is particularly challenging to opaque severely stained teeth while making the smile still look natural and opalescent. If the right combination of lab, materials and experience is not present, this can often result in a less-than-ideal outcome.
Dr. Hamburg has done this type of restoration many times and although he would still recommend crowns over veneers, he can often get a spectacular result with the right lab and the right porcelain while preserving a great deal of natural tooth structure.

This young man had ameliogenesis imperfect, a congenital developmental anomaly in which the teeth form with little or no enamel.
The problem was corrected with crowns (instead of veneers) because veneers will not bond without a certain amount of enamel.
Dr. Hamburg spends most of his time performing crown and bridge dentistry. A crown is needed when a tooth has lost too much structure for a filling, or when a veneer is not enough to change the appearance of a tooth.

James had severe attrition because of grinding, loss of posterior teeth and a subsequent loss of “vertical dimensions” (decreased distance between the nose and chin, or collapse).
A mixture of dental services were used to create this amazing oral transformation. James certainly redefined his smile! Hudson Valley Dental Arts restored vertical dimension by placing crowns, bridges and removable partial dentures, which will be replaced with implant-supported prosthetics.

A bridge replaces missing teeth by “splinting” fake teeth to adjacent teeth. Sometimes a patient may chose to replace an aging bridge. This patient had a state-of-the-art bridge done some 20 years ago. Due to decay at the margins, the bridge needed replacement, which was done along with restoration of a proper bite.

This technique can improve discolored teeth. Sometimes, all you need to make you want to smile wider is some brightening and whitening of your teeth. Paul’s teeth were brightened in less than two hours using the Zoom! in-office whitening system.
