Insurance & Financing

We gladly accept most major insurance policies and will file your claim on your behalf. Dental insurance can be confusing, so we do our best to communicate with our patients to help eliminate surprises. Our insurance specialist will work to maximize your benefits, but please be prepared to pay your co-pay, deductible, and any remaining balance.

Payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card (AmEx, Visa, MC, Discover). We can also arrange affordable monthly financing, which allows patients to spread payments out with little or no interest. Our financial coordinator will explain your options and help you make affordable payment arrangements.

Dental Emergencies

Emergencies can happen any time, and we’re here to help! We treat emergency patients quickly, often the same day, and the dentist may be available to see you after our regular hours. Please call our Poughkeepsie office, which has a 24-hour answering service, and listen for further instructions.
